Digger the Dinosaur (My First I Can Read)

The book is kind of cute, but I feel like it teaches your child to disobey and pretend they heard wrong. My toddler likes it though.

My son's been into cars for as long as I can remember, but he's recently into dinosaurs as well. This book was great to satisfy his new interest!

Perfect for my 1st grader!

My three year old loved it. He even got a few giggles. The pictures where also very colorful and engaging.

My grandsons loved the Digger the Dinosaur books! They are both learning to read and these were great for them.

Upset because I bought this new and it came looking used, bent up and one page seems loose.

Digger is a child dinosaur, and he doesn't listen a lot. His room is dirty, so his Mom makes him clean it up with his buddy. He keeps mishearing the words (book, hook - close enough, right?). Along the way, the dinos giggle until they get it right!The pictures are stunning and really well done. I enjoyed the colour scheme and how the pictures covered the entire page. The colours were soft yet fit the story perfectly. It makes this book stand out and look really nice.This book is a great way to get kids active and reading. They can learn the words (including rhyming ones!) as they admire the pictures and laugh along with Digger as he makes silly mistakes. These books go up in difficulty, so you can start with the easiest level and work your way up. Yay for education!Overall, I think this book is very cute and a great learning tool!Three out of five stars.

The book ,for me, actually delivers the message to keep your room tidy and things at their place in a fun way to my 3 and a half years old. Good book to share with your toddler and to teach them about some responsibilities on their part.
