Tested in amazonia
My wife and i use it in the middle of the amazonia, work very fine. Tested in the baddest possible situation, it work. Dont espect miracle btw, recharging a portable take a long time

After charged panel light lasts hours!
Not sure if the winding is being done correctly, but it still charges better from wall outlet or my portable solar panel. Panel light lasts hours! Winding the crank for a minute or two gets me about 30-45 minutes charge, but there's a technique to it. I would say that it is fragile like, so don't drop it get a sleeve cover for it. I dropped a few times and now I hear a loose piece inside rattling. Still works, and panel light lasts hours! Seriously hours!

Always ready.. just a crank... AKA...light.
Have several types of the "hand crank" lights. This one is nice... charges phone, good light, easy to crank, good size for hand comfort and cranking. Will be getting a few for presents. No wasteful batteries needed. Nice for my pocket and our earth. And, nice not to worry about batteries dying or leaking during long term storage. Don't think you'd be disappointed.

Phone recharge feature does not work
I bought this as an emergency phone recharger during the Washington State bomb cyclone mass power outage. It does not work. My iphone could not be recharged with it. The flashlight features did work. Very disappointed.

Great backup charge for your cellphone.
Great backup charge for your cellphone. Also, the flashlight is handy. I like not having to worry about batteries.

Hand crank not good if you are expecting it to change your phone.
Flash light is good. If fully charged battery will raise my phone charge power by 25% hand crank works well for flashlight but not very good for phone.

Reliability
I keep the flashing in my car. I love it. It is a life saver. If I forget my charge (s) in the wilderness. I can charge me phone with the flashlight.
