This block really adds clarity & bite! Being a big block in which added sustain to the tone. No issues at all bolted right to a German Floyd rose original. Just as easy as changing to any other block. it fit perfectly. Really good quality heavy well made. Considering buying another for my other guitar can’t go wrong with it imo

This is a super deal for the price. I installed it on a brand-new Schaller Lockmeister 6, which is literally a Floyd rose Original, because Schaller, (until very recently) did the manufacturing for the Floyd Rose Original. Fit was perfect, the machining was very clean, and the quality was great. I will definitely buy again.

The only cheaper option for a stainless steel fat block. I ground the extended portion off to fit my guitar. Stainless gives you a nice smooth treble/presence boost. It is not aggressively or overly bright like you might imagine. A brass block has a more aggressive top end.

I used this in a Jackson SL3X. I needed to cut off the "leg" to make it fit. It was that or take some wood out of the trem cavity. It turns out I could have just notched the leg on the trem block. No biggy, adds a bunch more mass. The guitar has much better sustain now and feels more solid to play. Worth it. Fit the Jackson branded Floyd Rose Special perfectly. Again, well worth the minimal cost.

I was suspicious of the quality of this product due to the low price, but it's as good quality as any trem klock I've purchased. I use one on all mt guitar builds now.

AMAZING! I bought the "correct" brass block from FU-Tone for my guitar, and when it came, it was the completely wrong size for both the tremolo, as well as my guitar's body, and theirs was completely overpriced. Frustrated, I turned to Amazon, and I installed this immediately upon receiving it. Just as good as FU-Tone, cheaper, and different sized blocks to choose from on here. Can't go wrong with this one! (Pardon the crooked tremolo stopper).

Ich wollte meine Kramer Baretta damit upgraden welche ein original Floyd Rose enthält. Leider passt dieser Block bei dieser Gitarre nicht. Es lässt sich zwar montieren, aber das Tremolo nicht mehr benutzen, da die Fräsungen zu klein sind. Somit für mich unbrauchbar. Die Verarbeitung ist aber Top und der Umtausch war kein Problem, darum trotzdem 5 Sterne

I bought this product twice to replace cheap block in Floyd Rose Special. Recommend without reservations, there is noticeable difference that impacts the way the guitar plays (both when plugged in the amp, and unplugged). I personally prefer brass to titanium blocks, because it gives a more warm sound. Not sure the additional mass of the L-shape sounds better compared to the non-L-shaped block, as I haven't tried the regular brass block. I thought I should go for the L-shape anyway (because this is a guitar part that will last a lifetime,

I bought this for a Japanese Jackson DX10D, with the Jackson JT580LP tremolo. Hole spacing is the exact same, and the L shape clears the recessed tremolo arm part. It fits perfectly. This block is much heavier than the original thin steel block. The spring holes are cut at the correct angles as well. Sound wise, the guitar sounds louder acoustically and has a bit more sustain to it, which is to be expected with a heavier block. It's definitely worth the ~$20 to replace an original small steel sustain block.
