Really good alarms for the price. Easy to put up and interlink. Remember that even though these are 10 year sealed lithium batteries, you should always test you alarms monthly to ensure their working. If they beep for no reason, try hoovering them, as sometimes dust and little bugs can get inside and affect the sensors. I've had these for 1 year now and no issues at all. Saved me over £200.00 having an electrician provide and fit.

Took me a lot of research before selecting X-Sense Link+ detectors. Extremely easy to install and network together. Had them up and running in a few minutes. Decided to add an X-Sense Link+ CO/Smoke detector as well, ordered and installed the very next day. Adding devices to the network is a doddle , just 4 quick presses on any device already networked (or on the first one!) then 2 quick presses on a unit to be added. Repeat the 4 then 2 until all devices added. Looking at the documentation, support seems good but obviously not required thus far.

Being an electrician, I install a lot of smoke detectors, but these I was very impressed with, to be able to install interlink smoke detectors in a property with no hard wired cables is great and how easy they are to set up and install is a big bonus. Unfortunately when trying to advertise them to customers to purchase. They opted for a none interlink smoke alarms due to the price of them, even though having two smoke alarms and a heat alarm for the price you are getting is good in my opinion.

This is the second time our family have purchased these reliable interlinked heat/smoke detector range, easy to set up a breeze to install and fully functional, the house we installed them had a full set of hard wired alarms but weren’t interlinked so now has double protection for new occupant. Would highly recommend

Needed to have 3 interlinked detectors for insurance purposes and replaced old battery wire linked units with these. As they are already set up to link it was simply a matter of fixing the base plates and inserting the units - a breeze. Placed one housed in its unit inside loft (thatched roof) to be belts and braces. Delivery was as promised. Instruction clear. Price very competitive. Hence my rating.

RC01 Remote Controller. This device works a bit differently to what I had expected. It is only useful if you do not have a hub. Unfortunately the included user manual is postage stamp size, so not easy to read and not very helpful. I downloaded a PDF so could read it more easily. Unlike the Smoke+CO and CO-only alarms that I have added to the Hub using the X-Sense App, the RC01 must be paired directly with a single alarm and this is done with button presses - not the App. The RC01 pairing process is as follows: Press the Test button on the Alarm 4x in quick succession. When the alarm voice announces it is in paring mode, press the Test/Mute button on the RC01 2x in quick succession. The alarm will confirm by voice when it is paired. Once paired the RC01 can Test the paired alarm ONLY (not all linked alarms as I had expected) by pressing and holding its Test/Mute button for about 8-10s (not 3s as described in some X-Sense documents). To Test all alarms press the Test button on any alarm in an interlinked group for about 3s and then all alarms will sound in sequence. NB I Have not tested this. It can also Silence all alarms if sounding in the linked group except the source alarm, with a single tap. This "Locate" function ensures that you are obliged to identify the cause and mute the source alarm with its built-in button or the App. A tap of the RC01 button if there is no alarm sounding will flash the LED on the remote. This confirms the remote has a good battery. It does not report the alarm battery status. Although the App can do this. The RC01 is smaller than I imagined. The back is very difficult to remove and it is supplied with a special tool to pry (not slide) it open, which you would need to do to replace the coin cell battery (CR2032). A double sided sticky pad is provided to mount the RC01 on a wall. I find the RC01 hard to recommend since it does not work with my hub.

Bonjour, La sécurité est très importante et ce kit est bien étudié pour une protection renforcée ! 👉 Livré complet, prêt à fonctionner. 👉 2 détecteurs de fumées, un détecteur de chaleur. 👉 Les fixations sont prévues. 👉 Une mode d'emploi, en français, est dispo : simple et compréhensible. À l'usage : 👉 le détecteur de chaleur permet une installation dans une cuisine, sans risque de fausses alertes dues aux fumées de cuisson. 👉 On peut interconnecter, simplement les trois appareils : l'alarme fonctionne alors sur les trois. 👉 L'installation n'est pas très difficile, quand on fixe le détecteur sur le support, il se met en marche. 👉 La sirène est assez forte, relayée par les trois appareils. 👉 Les piles sont garanties 10 ans : après il faudra changer l'appareil en entier. En résumé : On ne joue pas avec la sécurité ni avec la qualité des détecteurs... Ceux-ci me semblent très bien et je n'espère qu'une chose : qu'ils ne servent jamais ! Merci pour votre lecture.

Ce kit de détection de fumée et de chaleur est un très bon choix pour assurer la protection de la famille et de la maison. Ces détecteurs sont équipés de batteries scellées d'une durée de vie de 10 ans, donc on à le temps de voir venir. Ils sont interconnectés sans fil, ce qui signifie que si un détecteur détecte de la fumée ou une augmentation de la chaleur, tous les détecteurs de l'ensemble se déclenchent bien simultanément. Cette réaction rapide peut faire toute la différence en cas d'incendie. L'installation de ces détecteurs est un jeu d'enfant, et ils sont fournis avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris des vis et des chevilles pour une fixation sûre au plafond. Ils sont élégant et leur petite taille les rendent discrets et esthétiques dans n'importe quelle pièce.

Einfache integration

Ich möchte hier garnicht lange über den Sinn und Unsinn von Brandmelde bzw. Hitzesystemen philospohieren . Unseres Erachtens (und seit geraumer Zeit sogar gestezlich verankert) nach gehören die kleinen Geräte heutzutage (nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der mittlerweile erschwinglichen Preise) in jeden Raum. Die hier gelieferten Rauchmelder von X-Sense unterscheiden sich meines Erachtens nach optisch und funktional nicht sonderlich von den vielen Angeboten anderer Anbieter auf dem Markt. X-Sense Rauchmelder nutzen wir hier persönlich schon seit 7 Jahren, bis dato mit keinerlei Beanstandungen. Ein LED-Lämpchen zeigt den Betrieb an und beim “Zigarettenrauchtest” an der Zimmerdecke löste dieser beim direkten “einpusten” aus gut 180 cm Entfernung auch direkt aus. Weiterhin ist hier positiv zu bemerken, dass der Rauch scheinbar aus allen Richtungen registriert wird. Ein älteres Modell in unserer Garage hatte lediglich drei stellenweise geschlossene Rauchschächte. Dieser veraltete Rauchmelder wurde nun ausgetauscht und dann dürfte eigentlich nichts mehr schief gehen. Der Melder erfasst 360 Grad hat also faktisch keine "Toten Winkel". Bei Fehlfunktionen soll laut Hersteller eine gelbe LED darüber informieren, was ich bis dato aber noch nicht festellen musste. Eine grüne LED infomiert über den Batteriestatus. Was ich persönlich gut finde, dass hier potente 10 Jahres Batterien verbaut wurden. Dies erspart die sonst spätestens einmal im Jahr anstehende Batteriekontrolle, wie bei unseren älteren Modellen. Zum weiteren Lieferumfang gehören noch die passenden Dübel (die sind aber ehrlich gesagt für die Tonne) sowie eine Bedienungsanleitung die meines Erachtens nach aber obsolet ist. Schade finde ich, dass es bezüglich der verbauten Batterien keine Zertifizierung gibt. Sprich, man weiß ncht wirklich ob die 10 Jahre garantiert eingehalten werden können. Die Lautstärke ist heftig, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass der Signalton von irgendjemandem im Hause überhört werden könnte! Bis dato bis auf die verbauten Batterien sehr Zufrieden trotzdem hoffe ich das ich das Ding niemals brauchen werde!
