The game console arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow and the only tool required was a phillips screwdriver. Just take your time and follow the instructions. I did not realize the control board light has a tiny switch button on it, so I thought the light was defective. I put in a ticket with tech support and they responded the same day with the solution. Haven't had the machine long, but my family is really enjoying it so far. It is a beautiful addition go our game room.

I was really impressed with the packaging, very carefully packaged to avoid shipping damage. Easy install, took me 2 hours with a cordless screwdriver. Instructions were clear and easy to interpret. Finished product is awesome. Highly recommend this product. Brings back great memories and the grandchildren love it.

This came today and was packaged well. If you read the instructions it's pretty simple. Took me just under an hour to put it together. My only complaint is the wood decal on the sides of the machine weren't cut the best and were starting to come off slightly. Besides that it's great and a lot of fun already.

I can’t get the game to turn on, but the lights work fine. I got everything plugged in and nothing’s happening, I basically paid $500 for a lamp

I got this 40th Anniversary Edition Fast! 5-19-2022 The box was banged up some not bad, all the pieces were there in excellent condition. Got it together myself in about 2 1/2 hours. Got the Stand it sits on top of & the Chair going to replace the knob spring to a stronger1 most likely a 6 meter spring because the knob is o'k but loose i like a tighter knob to move around. But it works GREAT!!! Love It!!

Package arrived in decent condition, no noticeable bandage to indicate it’s been dropped.Once opened and everything removed the upper corner shown in picture is damaged.This machine is going in a busy Airbnb and will get abused so I’ll live with it, however if it was for personal use I’d be a lot more upset.As far as time it took to put together, wasn’t too bad, didn’t take very long.The responsiveness of the joystick is a little laggy, definitely not commercial grade but for this much money I’d of hoped for better responsiveness.Overall not a bad buy.I’ll buy more if I can find them on sale.

Talk about a PERFECT present!I couldn’t be with my grown son for his birthday in April this year, but I wanted to surprise him with something special, and I came across this arcade game with matching vinyl stool! It arrived a day early on his front porch, in a box which showed exactly what it was! Haha So he immediately called ME, as the possible source.He said he felt the way he used to feel as a child at Christmas. Nothing could’ve made me happier. He even made his twitch stream an unveiling and put it together while he was streaming.Talk about the perfect present for anyone who loves retro video gaming! It doesn’t just have the Pac-Man game —it has about eight different games! It’s substantially made, looks like it’s 10 times the cost of what it is and acts as a beautiful piece of artwork with it lit up screen and stool!He is still talking about it, and says that those old games relax him and don’t demand long stretches of time. He also loves that it keeps the high score on the machine and since he’s the owner of it, he can either beat his own score, or have a friend try to do that. I’m so happy that this arcade just popped in front of my eyes when I was scrolling for presents for him. I cannot recommend this highly enough! WELL DONE! Already a “collectible”.
