AKI Omega 3 DHA Micro Algae Powder Supplements - Plant Based Keto Vitamin - Alternative to Fish or Krill Oil - Vegan & Non-GMO (4.58oz/130g)

This is the best powdered source of Omega 3 DHA I can find for the money. I choose powdered because I make a protein shake and it saves me from eating more pills.

My dog's oncologist requires that she takes 600 mg of DHA from algae every day. The oil-based products seem too oily so this has been perfect. Only a very slight smell (and it's pleasant). It dissolves easily into the dog's food and doesn't seem to upset her tummy. Will buy a larger size next time.

I've ordered this product three times in 5 months. I add a full scoop to my morning protein/veggie shake. I tested my Omega 3 level when I started but have not tested again to see if this product works.What I do know is that it is labelled incorrectly. The label states that there is "216 servings per container" and a serving is 1/2 scoop. That equals 108 full scoops in each container. I have measured each of my containers and none of them have had more than 46 scoops. A BIG difference in what I'm begin sold and what I'm getting. If the seller doesn't supply me with the servings that I am missing I am going to return my empty containers for refunds.

I've just started taking this, so I can't say yet about the effects of it. I wanted to comment on the little scoop that came with it. The jar is packed full of product (yay!), however, the scoop will not fit inside it, and probably won't until I've used half the product. Since you can't store it inside, it would be very helpful if the manufacturer would make it so that the scoop utensil would fit on the outside of the product. Only a suggestion, that's all :)

I was having trouble with brain fog (due to health reasons) for a while so thought I'd find a plant-based omega 3 supplement to try. Been taking this with my vitamin D3+k2 supplement the past few months and my mind has been so much clearer, so I do believe it to be helping, although perhaps the other supplement too, or maybe a combination of the both of them for me. Either way I am very happy with my purchase. I love the taste of this product, slightly sweet with a light seaweed flavor. I usually put the small scoop of it directly on my tongue to melt, although I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do that, but I like the taste and its easy to swallow. I'm just really happy that my mind has been so much clearer now and my memory recall much better. I can't say for sure that it's from taking this, but I definitely believe it has helped.

I really hate to leave a negative review on a product with such good intentions, but i have no choice. This stuff just smells disgusting- I don't really think there's any way to mask it. After you drink it, you're going to feel like you just licked a fish's head.

I got this product for my elderly dog who hates any kind of fish food. She doesn't like it. To me, it smells just like fish oil even though made from vegetables. I suppose ingredients are helpful, but not very much if unable to take it. :(
