Amazing hoverboard... finally in India
Simply the best thing you can buy for your kids (or yourself). This is amazing. I wanted to buy a hoverboard that is also safe... after all the news about batteries exploding. Therefore spent a little extra for safety. Plus they delivered it through FedEx... so came in a perfect packaging.

Worked great after initial hiccups
ordered this swagtron hoverboard for my son's 10th bday. got it in good packing and on/before time. packaging was great and looked very clean and nice finish and sturdy.but when i turned it on it started beeping with red light on. I assumed it's battery issue and put it on charging for couple of hours but that didn't help.I was glad to see a whatsapp number for support which I leveraged right away - didn't have much hope of support but was amazed to see instant responses and in a few message exchanges we were able to figure out it is just a charging issue. Instead of couple of hours I had to charge it for 5 hours and as expected it worked like a charm afterards.great support by "global selling central " and mr. Varun. My son is very happy with it now. Thanks Mr Varun for your amazing help. I didn't feel bad putting a little extra here! Hope it continues to work well for years to come.

Fake fake fake
We received a fake product by this seller..he is not authorised dealer of swagtron..we had issues with hoverboard and we complained to swagtron with an invoice attached ...but they told us that they have only one dealer of swagtron in India...and we should compliant to GSC services only ..They had also filed a complaint against this dealer with Amazon

Amazing after sales service
Bought this product as a birthday gift for my kids but had some technical issue.As soon as I contacted the seller he was very prompt in picking up and fixing the issue ASAP.Very pleased with such service and highly recommend this seller
