CAM Box Sport 431, Black, 430 Liters

Would be fairly pleased with this item, but the lid came shattered.I am currently talking with the company to see if we can sort things out.Pros:-Good size for my needs.-Simple assembly (instructions are all over the place though, but not a huge issue)-The lock is placed high enough to fit just above my roof rack (which has sides)-Hinge mechanics, etc seem fine.Cons:-It can only hold 50kg (~110lbs including the box weight apparently, not 150lbs like advertised)-Box material is just like those round plastic sleds. Not as sturdy feeling as I was hoping, but it may well get the job done.-Plastic bolts for several parts (hopefully they hold up)EDIT: 4 Stars for the product. +1 for great customer service!

I used this product for a family road trip. We traveled over 2000 miles and had no issues. Storage not bad for 15 cubic square feet. Putting the carrier on the SUV was pretty simple and no issues. Just make sure the rod is in all three loops so the carrier want come open.

Einfach top, fahrt nach Italien super und ganz viel Platz . Bin sehr zufrieden 😀

L'imballo è arrivato rotto, ma fortunatamente il contenuto non ha subito danni. Il prodotto è come da descrizione e soddisfa le mie aspettative e spero esigenze. Dico spero perchè non l'ho ancora caricato con bagagli, ma ho deciso che lo userò per cose leggere, altrimenti caricare e scaricare dal tetto pesi eccessivi risulterebbe molto faticoso e difficoltoso (ho un suv... il tetto è altino). Cmq per avere un'idea: ho introdotto senza problemi due passeggini (quelli a soffietto piccoli) e c'è ancora spazio per uno zaino o trolley piccolo, oppure beautycase e roba varia... spazio ce n'è.Montare il box non è complesso, un pò duri a volte i perni in plastica da inserire, per esempio uno delle leve di apertura non sono proprio riuscito a inserirlo completamente, neanche utilizzando il sapone come lubrificante... ma funziona ugualmente. Un pò faragginoso serrare i fermi alle barre in mezzo al tetto... per via che il box si apre solo da un lato, e pur avendo braccia lunghe non arrivavo a tenere fermo la staffa sotto.. però ci si arrangia. Ho provato su strada (vuoto) e la sua presenza ovviamente si sente, ma ho viaggiato anche a 120Km/h e non è intollerabile. Il box cmq è stabile, non mi ha dato noie alla stabilità ( c'era un pò di vento).Penso sia un ottimo prodotto considerato prezzo (190€) e qualità. Io lo utilizzerò se va bene 2 volte l'anno per i prossimi 3/4 anni, quindi... più che sufficiente... poi si vedrà.

aber beim zusammenbauen brauchte ich über eine Stunde. Ich verzweifelte an den Plastikhalterungen für das Gelenk. Das ist auch der einzige Stern Abzug. Ansonsten Preis / Leistung super. Bei 100 km/h keine Geräusche wahrgenommen.
