I bought these for my sons preschool fiesta party. I was so excited when they came in but very bummed when I realized the cord was too small to even get the little hats on their heads. Of course, they fell off if you tried without the cord and that sucked. Pretty bad.

the tie for neck is too small. seems more appropriate for a small dog costume than human.
