Works like magic! 2-3 days after. My scar from a scrap on my leg started to fade away. The dead skin fell off quick and then after a week; the scar was gone. This ointment is going to be part of my first aid kit!On new scar, few days old. I recommend following the directions of applying the ointment twice a day.

I like this brand of scar cream and use both this and the night cream on a recent surgery scar. Both smell pretty awful, although the submarine sandwich with extra onions smelling night cream is by far the smelliest of the two. Thankfully, the day cream scent is much more tolerable and less off putting. The silicone does flake and make a mess. This is worse if the wound is scratched. It’s kind of a vicious cycle since the cream tends to make my scar itch like crazy. Also, if the silicone flakes fall onto a glass or reflective surface, they can cause quite a mess. Otherwise, the cream applies easily and my scar appears to be both fading and flattening. That’s awesome considering the long scar goes across nearly my entire neck. Just wish it weren’t so messy.

I received this product Feb. 2. Today is March 8, so not quite 5 weeks later. I have been applying this product twice a day and massaging it in vigorously. I have four scars. One is less than a year old, one is two years old, and the other two are from childhood. The most recent scar was depressed, and is now flat and easily covered with makeup. The two year old scar is toward my hairline. It was depressed and is also nearly flat now, easily covered with makeup and hair. The older scars are probably never going to look 100% but the directions say, keep applying for 3-6 months, so I will, just to see. This is long, but bottom line, I am VERY pleased, because the most recent scar was noticeable, and now it's not. It's totally worth the money, but you do have to apply every day for at least 5 weeks to see the results.

It wasn’t the best option for my face scar—it kept coming off and left little rolled-up bits on my skin.not sure how it work for other areas

I use this as a part of my skin routine twice a week at night before bed after cleansing my face I spread this over my face and wash off in the morning I love it 😍 as a girly girly who loves skin scare omg it does wonders ladies try it you will thank me later ohhh hahahha (collagen) yes it helps restore ❤️😘I just purchase another tube just to have when I’m done with this one and you don’t need much so this will last a while

I am using this to smooth the hyperpigmentated keloids from bug bites on my arms. It is too soon to fully gauge its effectiveness fully, but I do see a very minute/perceptible difference in their height. The topical is definitely affecting the skin area around them. The healthy skin is peeling off like a chemical peel. I would recommend using a “heavier” moisturizer like shea butter on the surrounding areas before applying. I do have to resist the urge to speed up the process of sloughing by pulling off skin. I apply it just before I go to bed. It is easy to squirt out more than is needed, so practice to not squeeze the tube. As these keloids are over a decade old, I do expect a longer length of time to see any real progress. It is not greasy and absorbs very quickly! The tube size will last for a while as I using very little each time.

Wish I’d known about this product immediately after surgery. … Yet it’s helped tame one surgical scar that’s decades old. Highly recommended.
