Only have been using for a month. The cyst in my ovary seems to be better, the pain is gone! The effect of the pain having been diminished happened with 2 hours of taking the pill!The second day of taking this product, my overall mental state improved. I felt the same, but somehow less moody, almost as I used to feel when I was a child or young teen! The circumstances of my life haven’t changed, but I feel more optimistic. I see some reviews say they work right away. But I don’t think so. For me it took about a month for it to work. But now I do feel like I’m not as hungry in the morning. I eat smaller portions. Originally bought for my PCOS, not sure if it’s working for that though. I did buy another. So we’ll see.

Never had any issues. Seems it has the right amount of pills, they are full and don't leak. Digest easily. It does seem to give some benefits as well.

This helped to curb my appetite mid morning to early afternoon, which is when I usually can’t help but to snack. However I have noticed that I get stomach cramps that sometimes accompany diarrhea every night when I take this.
