The benefits from grape seed is fantastic!!! I have lost weight taking this without dieting or exercising. cholesterol has decreased, energy has increased. Told M.D. about and he will be ordering some too. I have spread the word about this product and the positive results. I would suggest anyone read upon this and take it. I only take one capsule a day. I was really worried about the weight loss since I was over 200 pounds and I had not been trying to lose weight, so my M.d. did a battery of test and CT scans at my insistance. All were normal. I have heart disease, 2 bypass surgeries, on blood thinners for atrial fib. So I was wanting an antioxidant for cardio-vascular health. I had a heart cath and my cardiologist said my heart vessels looked better than they have in 17 years.

If you have been using Proanthocyanidins, Grape Seed extract and also found in pine bark these seem to work as well as any I have used including the pine bark.
