Great product
Very fun to use and i love all the different colours and patterns! Very durable and bright, it is a great size and can be taken apart! It never takes itself apart which is amazing, great value for money!

2 Duds in a row
Brought this item a couple of months back and it wouldn't hold it's charge. I left it plugged in overnight and it got hot and wouldn't turn on. I sent it back and got a refund on it.I bought another one this week thinking the first one was bad luck...Same problem. Also when the lights turn red one end is bright and the other end so dim it's barely on. what are the chances of getting 2 duds in a row? Terrible quality control, I will have to look at another brand.

Great product with excellent customer service
What great customer service. We brought this, wand for our daughters birthday. On opening it the product was not working and we had passed the return date. However customer service were excellent and replaced the item. We now have a working Wand that will bring hours of fun for our daughter. Thank you.
