I bought this to help burn off our collies extra energy inbetween walks. The first few go's were great; nice long distance. After half a dozen or so it didn't go as far. The problem is due to the need to keep the machine dry in the launcher. If you own a dog, you are fully aware how wet and slobbery the ball gets. Keeping the machine clean and dry is impossible (but very important in this case for it to work properly). I'd say keep it indoors and only buy it for smaller breeds with less energy.Product returned.

Paid £150 for an item that’s been used.Balls were dirty and black dog hair over the unit. Not impressed 👎

I previously bought the IFetch original but it broke down on me within 6 months.So this was my new replacement. It doesn't have a long ramp up time like the IFetch, as in it shoots the ball almost instantly.The biggest perk of this is it is wireless. We didn't like having cables connecting to the device while playing.So far we feel it's a superior product to the ifetch and the dog loves it too!

my dog love it so much but the machine isnt good quality because first item was not working for some reason do with recharge. I received replaced new one, dog played it for 15 mins daily then start notice the machine orange light flashing go on. i put it recharge then all complete not working.I think the recharge or battery packs isn't work. you let dog down because the price 90 pounds for that short term ?? not worth to buy it.

I originally bought this automatic ball thrower for a Christmas present and had to return it after a few times of using it. Broke very easily and quickly. Decided to give it another chance so ordered a second time but sadly after just over a month of use it has broken yet again! So really not worth the money I paid and they’re not cheap!

Seen all the bad reviews but thought surely can’t be that bad. Took it out the box charged it and gave it a go, didn’t shoot a single ball out and the launcher bit inside wouldn’t stop going even though I turned the button off asif something was broke inside. Ridiculous. Do not buy
