The shortest you can make the straps including handles is 90cm/36inches.

What specific hex key is used to tighten the carabiners?

Unfortunately I’m not currently in the state where the equipment is but I have just about every hex key known to man so it was not a problem for me. They do supply one with the equipment. For another $8 you could get a set of hex keys that will work. Not sure whether metric or sae. Great product. Better than Trx in my opinion.

Can it be mounted on a x ceiling moint?
