Does what it says. Feel a good stretch in the abs. Good stuff.

I've been using it for a while because my feet used to swell up. This helped and it also has an unzippable washable cover. I've now lost weight and my feet don't swell up but I still like to use it.

Definitely helps to make the exercise easier and more muscle targeted but comfort wise it is not a massive improvement.

As part of my new exercise routine I had started doing sit ups and quickly realised I'm not a fan of rolling over my tailbone on my hard floors so decided to buy this and it's like night and day. The tailbone protector is great, the curved part keeps your core engaged even at the most relaxed part of the situp and the tailbone bit is thick enough to protect my old knees when using the ab roller so if you're thinking about it for the same issues then go for it. Makes a huge difference.

Works great. The folded out part helps with the tailbone irritation that can sometimes happen when doing sit ups and makes it more comfortable to use.
