This is my favorite eyeliner I have ever found, and I am in the beauty industry. It stays on well only smudges after you go to sleep it is not a waterproof, but it is the best one I have found. You get what you pay for! So glad Amazon has it as I have had a challenge, trying to find it in the stores.
