I’m a runner but had started having such bad hip pain the past couple of years, that I didn’t enjoy it anymore. One night I googled “joint lubrication” and IWI- joints popped up. I did not have much hope as nothing else has really helped me in the past. But I noticed a huge difference within the first five days. I literally have no more hip pain when I run I was truly shocked at the results I’ve been telling everyone about this supplement. Also, my doctor looked at the ingredients and loved them. I will say I got the IWI Eyes supplement (for dry eyes) later and did not have the same dramatic results but I still love the joint supplement and take it nightly.

Feel much better with it. Easy to swallow and hard to find vegan.

Smells a lot for me. Someone else might tolerate better. Too big to swallow at least for me.

I started with two in the morning for 4 days and the pain was tolerable, but by mid day pain was high again. Then took one in morning and one 7-8hrs later and pain stayed tolerable, but by bed time I needed something to help with pain.

As I age I was finding it more difficult to get comfortable to stay asleep at night. This has also decreased my leg cramps that were occurring in the middle of the night. Thank you 😊

The iwi supplements were suggested by my doctor and they are great. No problems with them at all
