It’s a big grinder, it’s doing its job quick. As it’s bigger it make little louder sound. Cleaning is little harder But I like it and feels worth buying. Planning to make YouTube video once done will post here.

This product failed in less than a year of purchase. The center part of the drum came out and when I contacted the manufacturer they sent me a video on how to order parts and to fix it by ourselves, why should the customer be fixing issues with the grinder in less than a couple of years of manufacture. The product should have been replaced or fixed by them. We did follow instructions and fixed the whole in the middle of the drum but now the machine doesn’t even run fast and sometimes completely stops. Contacted the manufacturer for a replacement or refund and they directed us to their service partner in the USA and they want us to send the machine to them at our cuts and then they’ll tell us what is wrong with it and how much it’ll cost to fix it. Why does the customer have to pay to have a manufacturing defect fixed? Don’t buy this wet grinder, not of good quality like in previous years. Very expensive to start with.

bowl is not tilting to take out dough mix. If you have two or three different items to grind then it is little bit of work. otherwise very good.

it's one of the excellent wet grinder I ever bought, this is the 4th one I am buying/gifting to my close family. only one issue I noticed is the white, plastic part which holds the grining stone assembly (Housing) in place to not rotate is very weak and it breaks very easily over time.

This is best. Arrived on time. Was easy to use. We made idli batter recently and the idlis came out well compared to the mixer we were using earlier. We love it.

This wet grinder cost almost close to $400 dollars with tax that plenty of money to buy.I bought this because batter grinding quality best instead of grinding in mixer grinder, I saw dozens of videos from YouTube before buying how it works. Price comparison to Indian currency three times more on your budget that lots for my pocket.lid plastic is too cheap,drum bottom base glued such cheap looks for $400 dollars for wet grinder. I wish quality of product looks professional.

I was really looking forward to using this wet grinder, but unfortunately, it doesn’t even power on straight out of the box. I followed the instructions carefully—still nothing. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and anticipation. I will be returning it. Not sure if I got a faulty unit, but this was a total letdown.

They claim to be no. 1 wet grinder company which im sure is false. No matter what it doesnt grind batter. Always one or another issue.
