Q: I'm not sure i understand the specs. how many inches is the head? you say probe is 200cm. does that mean i can put 200cm of cable in molten lead?

10 cm long of Metal Head, 200cm long of cable, only metal head can be put inside.

Q: Will it work with Klein ktype multimeter adapters. The blades look a little too big

Q: Looking at these for use in a wood fired oven. I would be placing them inside the floor and dome bricks....any issues with that?

Should work if not in tight contact with the brick.
