Lovely!
I’ve not tried this Pistachio flavour topping before, but it does have a gorgeous flavour. I expected it to be a runny, so I could drizzle it over ice cream, but it is a thick, paste-like consistency, and it can be difficult to get out of the tube. I did use it to sandwich some meringue kisses together, and it did a fabulous job of that. I’d certainly buy it again.

Does not come out!
Tastes amazing but is like it's constipated in the container! Using a dinner knife, I finally prised it out into a different container, then after 20 minutes of hard mixing, got it to a normal constituency...but note, the jar I moved it into was 200g....this is advertised as 300g....the contents only filled the jar!! So 200g, NOT 300g as advertised!!

Delicious flavour although too thick to squeeze out. Be prepared to have to use a knife to get the product out of the tube. V tasty with churros!

Lovely mmmm but pricey
Lovely taste but could be more solid as it is quite soft, even when refrigerated.

Not good for lattes unfortunately
Bought this primarily to make iced lattes and did expect some separation as it's a cream and not a syrup, but really it didn't mix at all and was like a sludge on the bottom of my cup, that was after mixing it with the hot espresso first. I also tried making cold foam with the pistachio cream, epic fail, it never thickened. But that's not really a problem with the sauce itself, the main reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it has a rather off taste. More like dark roasted peanuts than pistachios despite having 22% pistachio. Tastes a bit like chemicals by itself, not sure I would want to put this on ice cream. Disappointed, may have to stick to pistachio flavored syrups.

Delicious sauce
Tastes just like the pistachio spread that's gone viral umpteen times on social media, but a lighter texture as its a sauce. Its great on pastries, cakes and desserts. Will definitely be repurchasing. Delicious.
