Heavyweight for Indian roti , handle has too good grip

The seller has charged restocking fees on the return. I have returned this item because it was not heating evenly. The product is not up to the mark. The seller experience is very disappointing since they have not mentioned clearly on restocking fee and that too with AMAZON ? I wouldn't buy again.

I have been using this Tawa for a long time and very happy with it. I use it on a electric convection range bet it would work even better on a gas range. Now, I am a pro at the art of making rotis so understand the heat control to keep the tawa at optimal heating for making roti/paranthas to prevent sticking and this has come from decades of roti making. But if you are new at making rotis then it might take quite a bit of learning to understand how an iron tawa works - when to heat the tawa up or down at different times during roti making. If it overheats right in the beginning it will make the rotis stick. I love this tawa and the fact that it is made from pure iron like a tawa should. I clean the ash with the regular mesh scrubber, no soap needed unless making paranthas.
