I heard about p psyllium from a dr on line. I did my research, spoke to my diabetic Dr (endocrinologist) and she approved. I add a teaspoon to my smoothies and oatmeal (add extra water or milk it makes it very thick). I've managed to loose weight because I'm not snacking in between meals. It does help me suppress my appetite. Pleass consult with your Healthcare provider before using. I consulted my endocrinologist (I'm a type 2 diabetic) my Dr approved

it's not a nice customer move Amazon! and I'm not the only one who fell in the trick looking at the reviews.The whole husk was not immediately available and Amazon suggested the powder which I bought without really understanding that the powder a totally different and suboptimal product.This powder does not dissolve and can cause chocking. Should be not sold and removed from the market.I'm very disappointed and there is no way that I can return it

There was a lot more in this container than I realized. I only need 4 TBS for the recipe I made. This worked so flawlessly I made my first homemade tortillas with this so easy to use, and inexpensive!

Works but difficult to mix. Forms clumps. Nice to see it organic though.

I've started using Himalaya Organic Psyllium Husk in my sourdough bread, and I'm thrilled with the results.
