It wasn’t the exact fit but
I bought a pair of these springs bc my Troy-bilt mower with a B&S motor wasn’t running as it should the spring that was on it seemed weak and once I got this one shaped to replace the other. I knew it was going to work out. I just needed to fine tune the fixed support arm that the spring connects to. I should have given it more length but bending that arm towards the governor brought the rpms back to normal operating speed. So this spring itself is of good strength to hold the governor. Mine is a 150cc.
