I love the headset. It's the best working headset. I have used. I drive semi-truck. So a lot of the time there is a lot of background noise. Most people I talk to can not hear anything. They asume, I am not at work at all. So the sound cancelation is amazing. I can hear others very well as well. They can hear me loud and clear. I would recommend this headset to anyone. It's comfortable and the battery last me at least 2 days before I have to charge it.

This is a great wireless headset and the noise cancellation doesn't actually get in the way of talking. I had tried other brands that had wireless bluetooth headsets and while they seemed to be OK, their noise cancellation would often soften the volume of my voice and others could not hear me as well. No challenge with that on this device.Also, I like the option of the charging base. For my situation it's great because when it's charging, it disconnects the base as an audio device so that I can go back to using my normal speaker and microphone. I actually really like that feature. My main reason for getting this headset was because my normal mic and the room I work in has some echo. So if I talk a lot, I use this headset to sound great and if I am primarily listening, I put the headset on the charger and use my normal multimedia.I use this for my work computer that doesn't have bluetooth, so I use the base. I do not have administrator privilege on my work laptop and was concerned that might be an issue using this device, but it was not. No special drivers required and Windows recognized it immediately. Couldn't be easier.The headset is comfortable and the buttons work well. The MFB is small, but I am sure I'll get used to finding it quickly and easily.

I purchased a second one after the first one stopped working. Now the second is failed also.While these are particularly expensive purchasing them in multiple occasions starts to add up.Will be looking for another brand and suggest other buyers consider the same.

I work 12 hours a day and spend around 8 of it on the phone. This head set works get. It’s light fitting, no noise issues, sound is great, does the job. My only issue with it, is the curved ear piece opposite side of the head phone ALWAYS get caught in my hair when I try to remove it. It can get annoying after a while. People with short hair won’t have this issue. I’ve never experienced this before with other headsets I’ve used.

I got this for work. I work at a remote call center for Gap and they require absolute silence. My kids hang out in the next room but occasionally walk in. This thing is SILENT. I listen to the recordings of my calls when they kids walk in and you can't hear them at all! My husband and I tested it in a room with loud TV, radio, kids, etc and you can have the volume up over 1/2 on the TV and the other person can't hear. I wear these for 12 hours a day and no headache or anything. They stay on and stay put even with glasses, they're light and the battery life is insane. We use them with our cell phones too. I could never hear my husband well in the car but now he can drive with the windows down and it sounds like he's in a room alone. I cannot recommend these enough for anyone who has to wear a headset. My only negatives are that I wish the volume went up higher and you can't pair more than one headset to a base, so I had to buy 3 of them.

It's not just that it is a good headset for the money; it's a good headset period. I was using a Blue Parrot that cost me around $250 and I was never happy with it. The range was terrible for example. This headset allows me to leave my phone anywhere in my 2300 sq ft house and be connected anywhere inside and most of the outside too. The only place it has trouble is penetrating through two cinderblock walls at once -- one seems to be fine but two not so much if I am 30 ft from the house outside. Good quality sound -- not Apple pod good, but good for voices and way better than the Blue Parrot. Also, it absolutely kills unwanted sound from my end. I was standing next to my 60 gal air compressor and it started up -- extremely loud sound -- and the person on the other end heard zilch, nada, no sound at all. That's impressive. I've yet to run the battery down in the few months I've had it.Two years later: The headset no longer functions and I have not found a way to contact tech support. i went to their web site and requested help and have gotten no response in weeks. I bought another brand of headset because I needed a headset. Two star reduction for no tech support.

I'm a work from home programmer that likes to listen to music while coding. I also needed something for video conferences where my family can pass by and not interrupt. These headphones did the trick.I have a large head and find it hard to find comfortable headphones, but these are great. The lightweight makes them disappear on my head. The ear piece is soft and spongy. After a few hours it does start to bother by ear, but all I do is switch ears and all is good again.The included charging base acts as a connector for the headphones through USB. The base gives me plenty of distance to travel that I can keep listening while getting drinks in the kitchen. Bluetooth connected easy enough to my phone so I can use it to answer calls on either my phone or computer without using separate devices.Over all, I would highly recommend, and in fact I will order another pair so I also have a backup.

I LOVE THE FREE RANGE TO MOVE AROUND!!! It’s DURABLE and RELIABLE.
