This is a great product compared to other brands that you find at Walmart or other stores and if you look at the back of the ingredients, it is much safer to use then any most brands in a store. The refill size is gray. I just wish it was a little bit bigger. The smell is good very easy to refill. I have this in my bathroom my kitchen so I definitely use a lot of this cause. I don’t want to use regular soap with a lot of liquid harsh chemicals, even though like every soap has chemicals that aren’t good for you. I just find that this one is much better and much more worth it. Definitely a great product. Just wish the refill size was a little bit bigger.

These replacements do not foam like buying an original bottle the stuff. It's the same company, right?replaced two bottles that worked great, and neither foam properly; one is particularly bad and takes 4 squirts and is mostly liquid foam that eeks out. I bought a new bottle just to confirm this a third time, but haven't run out of foam yet to try this replacement.

We really like this Amazon and can’t tell the difference between this item and more pricey soaps. We use this soap in kitchen and restrooms daily. It has a pleasant smell and cleans well also. Get yourself a couple of dispensers along with this refill and you will be happy. Nothing not to like here

Dear 1 star reviewers of the 28oz bottle, it'll only foam if you pour it into a foaming soap dispenser.SUMMARY: Own a foaming dispenser you regularly clean, & have soft tap water? 9/10 dentists recommend.If not, get one, ignore the weird hard water effects, and 7/10 may enjoyCame to check if anyone else got the white stringy thing in their soap bottle but turns out its biodegredation from either adding tap water or refilling without rinsing out first, so don't do that :)My only minor complaint is it disappears the second I add a bit of water so I need extra soap and washing with just the soap before rinsing at all, and I just personally don't like the way it feels; slimey like real soap which I guess both are caused by hard waterProbably safer than the chemical filled alternatives, smells good but not strong, just not for me

Forgot to pick up hand soap at the store so I logged in and ordered from Amazon. It was on my step the next day. Smells great and less plastic waste to buy the large refill.

Quality was good and the bottle was a good size, not too large.
