The media could not be loaded.  Such a great occasion to invite your friends over - everyone can take part of the preparation, have a good chat, with some nice raclette and wine. The quality of the items are very good - I have it for more than a year, and everything is good as new. Really easy to clean. Just make sure that you have a plug next to your table, because the cable is not that long.

A great product, heats up quickly and works really well, but I wish I had ordered one with the stone top to make it heavier and a bit sturdier.

We are yet to use our own Raclette, however we purchased after having dinner with friends using this same model, so have the experience to say that it is a great way to have a fun and social evening. The grill is easy to use and has the underneath grill to keep cooked foods warm / melt cheese, etc. We are planning to use it to cook a full English Breakfast soon!

The machine itself works wonderfully when you're using it. The adjustable thermostat makes it easy to control the temperature in a pinch which is a must when the oil gets too hot and starts spitting at you. The pans themselves are a good size for creating small manageable portions of potatoes and cheese which you can add to with food from the grill. My only issue however, is pretty major; the grill. On multiple occasions the grill has buckled under the heat and pinged off it's moorings causing scalding oil to spill over the sides due to the rim being too small. There is a sort of fix for this but it means bending the moorings to be more stable which kind of defeats the point of buying something purpose built for this kind of thing. My advice is if you buy this machine use it immediately to see if your grill is stable. If not return for a full refund

Very happy with my purchase in terms of quality over price ratio. There was a strong burnt plastic smell when I firstly used it but I think that is normal. It is powerful enough to melt cheese within 4-5min depending on the pieces size.
