This di resin filter does do what it's supposed to,this would be excellent for a person just trying to keep there vehicles looking nice,but as a auto detailing business it's to dam small.all my pre wash and wash jobs I do out side it don't matter if it's a black vehicle on 100 deg day.di resin filters do a amazing job I just think there a pain in the ass keeping up with fresh resin and water hose.i bought the 1500 drying towel from the rag company and I prefer to use it then a du resin filter

Was reading 0 PPM for the first few minutes of use, then it immediately shot up to the PPM of my tap water (around 120). The bottom half of the resin cartridges seem to have darkened as well. No amount of flow restriction makes the PPM go down. Would not recommend this at all.

Excellent product, reasonably priced and worked flawlessly. No water spots and left my motorhome shining like new. Easy to set up and replacement cartridges are available.

This is pretty garbage. I was skeptical. My water pressure is 62 PSI. Lowered down to 55 as that is in their spec and it blows out on of the seals. Lowered it down to 45PSI, still leaks with a lot of teflon tape and 45PSI. Does not blow out the seal anymore but cannot keep up with my basic Ryobi pressure washer. This is a pretty garbage product for car detailing.

I loved it for the size and convenience. For doing small jobs, quick rinses stuff like that. If you're looking for something to fill a tank for detailing, this will only make I about five hundred gallons spokennoise if you have good water in your city

This product did not work for me, here’s how I set it up. I washed my car and rinsed off using this filter on my tap water hose. I’m not sure if you need to buy extra filters to actually see results or if it was at my own fault for whatever reason. Although, easy return process.

I’m not one to typically write negative reviews on things. However this system is legitimately useless. As is the company. I tried contracting them several times via phone as well emails with general questions about the system and the resin. As in about 7 times each. Zero response. I purchased a good PPM tester. Made no difference on my well water. I then went and purchased a supposably better stronger resin to accommodate hard well water. Paid $200 for the resin alone. Made ZERO difference. Of course I didn’t install it all and truly take the time to test everything and contact the manufacturer before my Amazon return date expired. I’m throwing mine in the trash. Save your money. Don’t buy it. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

This Item is bad, it makes my water worse, my tap water is 125 PPM with this system I'm getting 197 PPM, it looks like the filters, are used before, and there customer service is really bad, sent and email and there response was to deal with Amazon..............wow.

Product was good the shipping company they use isn’t so great the price of the refills is kinda high for what it is and again the shipping company they use isn’t good and that’s why I’m not ordering the refills

This product was purchased back in 2023 but never installed due to heath issues finally able to install the product and trying it out discovered the canister was missing a sliver of resin that holds the O-ring in place. Afet contacting the manufacture they said it was purchased to long ago there was nothing they could do but i could purchase a new canister. I sent them pictures that showed it was still new and full of beads but broken but they would not send a replacement. I will look for a better product in the future.
