My new favorite hot sauce! Went on vacation a couple of weeks ago and one of the coffee shops we visited had this hot sauce and we were impressed. Not super hot but had best flavor of any sauce we've tried for a long time. Unfortunately none of our local stores have it so had to mail order but it's well worth the price. Will be ordering more in the future. It's our new GO TO hot sauce. Very tasty!

This sauce is delicious and complex. It is savory, salty, smoky and a little spicy. My first taste confirmed the great reviews this sauce receives. I like the big pepper flavor (thanks to the jalapeños), backed by garlic and a touch of cumin. The spice level is mild to medium. This sauce steers clear of being overly acidic and has just the right amount of tang. It is easy to eat a lot of this sauce as it goes well on many things (pizza, chicken, potatoes, etc.). The bottle I bought is very salty (almost too much at times). A reduced sodium version would certainly speed up my consumption. Overall a really great find for anyone looking for a unique go-to sauce.

Love this hot sauce! I use it on eggs, rice, tacos, etc. this is such tasty hot sauce. Perfect amount of heat.
