Great for signs
Amazing value. I had to make a custom sign and wanted to have it be controlled. This was perfect for setting it up.The controller does require some planning and decent wire management. But once it's set up I've had no issues controlling the unit.

Using to control LED strips around garage. Using a ESPixel stick to control this.
Product works great and so far powers 2 sets of LED's on six of the twelve channels.

What I was looking for....at the time (I.E. a few weeks ago)!
OK, so I have 4xRGB at 16 feet strips. So now my vision is expanding on a 32' x 16' room. So that means, another DMX with more channes, so I can control more strips. Stay tuned. My home club will be awesome. Post covid hang out.Case in point, controlling 4xRGB strips is fine, but in a big room, you will need to go big. I will need more DMX controllers, with more channels to control. You can do a lot with DMX512.Back to the topic, this controller is great. It handles the power great. I am feeding 24 DC with 15 AMP, so I definitely have more capacity.A few more of these, in different areas will definitely do.Advise, there are the more dense controllers, which seem appetizing. That will only cause more DC wire all over the place. It is easier to string a straight through CAT5, than running a bunch of RGB power all over the place.

Simple DMX LED controller
We bought it to drive some LED tape in our theater after our old one died. It works. You have to set the DMX address with DIP switches, but it keeps the price low and there are apps that can tell you exactly how to set them.
