Actually starting to feel like myself again I’ve been getting rubbish sleep lately – just too much going on, and it’s left me feeling completely drained. I wasn’t expecting miracles from a natural sleep product, especially as I’d been told to give it some time, but honestly… I felt the difference pretty much straight away. Since starting Neuro Night, I’ve been falling asleep quicker and staying asleep, which hasn’t happened in a long time. I’m finally waking up feeling more normal! I still can’t quite believe a natural product can work this well, but so glad it does!

Tried one yesterday as I have trouble sleeping. Max I slept is 4.5 hours a night and I wake up 3 times in between. This has helped the once I've taken it. Sleep was deeper,I woke up feeling calm and relaxed,mind wasn't on edge like it normally is when I wake up. No groggyness in the morning. Wil try all week,hope to get the same effect.

What can I say, by day two he had a full nights sleep for the first time in months and continues to do so. Further more his snoring has drastically reduced so infact we are both sleeping better! 🙌 We all know that a good nights sleep is so important, this product is worth its weight in gold. If you do one thing to improve your sleep, buy this.

On reading the directions for use, I was rather surprised to see that a tablet should be taken after the evening meal and on a full stomach. I have my evening meal early and am puzzled as to how safe it is to use later on, say 10pm and on an empty stomach. Looking at all the ingredients, it looks to be an excellent product, but am unsure about time of use.

I liked the way it seemed to quieten my mind. Ended up taking two a night for better sleep. Best to take before bed time.

Sleeping tablets.

Didn't work for me at all. Sleep Quality didn't improve. A little disappointed. Won't purchase again. Tried for a month. Will be going back to another sleep supplement. More effective. A little pricier but ingredients work better!

A few weeks back I decided to give this supplement a try as I sometime have difficulty staying asleep, and wake up multiple times each night. I do use a sleep tracker and my deep sleep and REM sleep isn't always as high as I would like. What drew me to this was the ingredients, which includes Griffonia, Montmorency Cherry, and Chamomile. It seemed an interesting mix. POSITIVES: - Seems to have been a little improvement. Not dramatic, but maybe as I continue to take them it will improve further. - Uses natural ingredients - The ingredients do seem to be well research and have documented benefits for sleep. - Manufactured in the Uk - No trouble swallowing - No negative impact on digestion NEGATIVES: - I would have preferred a stronger sedative effect - I am still waking in the middle of the night SUMMARY: In conclusion, it is early days and so it is hard to give a definitive answer. There may have been a slight improvement, although I need to keep measuring this over the coming weeks and months. No problems with dizzyness, digestion, etc. I will keep taking until I get to the end and review the situation then.
