Q: Want to spray my truck frame to prevent rust?? What do you think!?

It would work and prevent rust but probably be messy. Grease is sticky and it would cause dirt, dust, mud, to stick to the frame. In my opinion, a rust prevent oil would be better---something like WD-40, PB Blaster, etc but it would need to be reapplied often.

Q: Is it low temp grease

Good day and thanks for the question. This could be used in low temps with decent success. The issue would be getting the product out of the can since it is an aerosol. The colder it is the more trouble aerosol cans can be since the temp affects the pressure in the can. Working temp on the grease would be -17 f to over 400 f Hope this helps.
