I’m speaking as a single 50 year old mom with a 12 year old son. He wanted this after riding his friend’s so I got it for his birthday. It took me an hour and a half to put it together, that’s the reason a gave 4 stars. The bolts were really tricky to screw into the nuts and sometimes at awkward angles.One part of the directions called for the larger screw to bolt the chair down when the larger one wouldn’t fit. It was clearly supposed to be the smaller ones on the chair and the larger ones for the wheel.I tripled checked I had the right screw before just doing what I knew it should be. The one it said to use wouldn’t even fit in the hole! And the pictures on the instructions weren’t close up enough so I was doubting myself the whole time as well.However, after *finally* finishing, the final product is amazing and very sturdy and works great on our hoverboard. My son is so happy with the attachment.

The media could not be loaded. The scooter attachment was super easy to set up and attached to the hoverboard. I would recommend using your own tools to put it together to make it a little quicker, but the tools included in the box work well also. It was a huge hit for my kids. They really liked that it is super easy to put on and take off due to the Velcro straps that hook onto the actual hoverboard and each side. The scooter has a heavy duty wheel on the front, so it doesn’t get stuck on small debris. The shocks that are build in make it a nice ride and it doesn’t bounce you all over the place. The handles have very nice grips on them, which made them comfortable while cruising around. In the box with the scooter is a flag that attaches to the back so it makes it easy to see when someone is riding using the attachment since you are sitting on the ground. Great product for the price you pay. I don’t believe we will have to replace this attachment any time soon since it also has adjustable leg lengths.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this as a gift, and I wanted to share my positive experience. I was particularly drawn to its wide seat, rugged front wheel, and reasonable price.Initially, I anticipated a difficult assembly process, but I was pleasantly surprised that it took less than 15 minutes to put together. While my nephew's younger sisters are currently too small to ride the hoverboard on its own, they (and I) are very comfortable using it with the go-kart attachment. It feels very strong and sturdy, and the straps stay securely in place.Prior to this purchase, I conducted extensive research and read numerous reviews on different models before deciding on this one. I would highly recommend it!

This was fun and worked great for about 10 min, then the part shown started to bend back to the point we could no longer steer. My 9 year old is right handed and this is on the left side, so he definitely wasn’t yanking it too hard. I bent it back and tried it myself, rode really soft, and within 5 min the same thing happened. I am WELL below the weight limit, so that had nothing to do with it either. The right side is perfectly fine. We just want a non defective part, and can’t find a parts list anywhere to order it. I emailed the company, fingers crossed it’s resolved soon cause this was my son’s ‘big’ birthday present and he’s upset it’s already broken through no fault of his own.

My 8 year old son loves riding this every day! Easy to put together and easy to learn how to drive with it. Great summer activity for the kids.
