Faulty lock
Very bad product, faulty lock. Set the lock password. And took it to a trip and it didn't open on entering the set password. Then tried all the combinations till 999 it didn't open. Finally had to break the zipper as no other option was left as we were on a trip and our stuff was inside the bag. Waiting it to be replaced
