I used to be able to find these at a big bulk chain but they stopped carrying them. These are wonderful for having on hand and store nicely on a shelf instead of taking of bag space in the freezer. I’m not totally sure on the equivalencies, but I have found that two boxes seems to work in recipes that call for an entire bag of hash brown potatoes.

This product is is quick, easy and delicious. You prep it in its own container (one step saved). I prefer cooking it on a Griddle rather than a pan just because they're easier to turn. I use a little bacon grease with them for the taste.Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

These are absolutely the best! Make fabulous better-than-a-restaurant hashbrowns at home (for a fraction of the cost these days). Originally bought them at Costco, but they quit carrying them. So happy to find them at Amazon.

Nothing is better than fresh potatoes. But these are a close second. They are convenient and taste fresh.
