How hard are these bristles? Like I want to use them on my leather seats.

Great for cleaning crevices on leather seats....just the right bristle softness for regular leather detailing. With black leather, I use them 3x a week and they hold up well.

Slight smell of an animal with my nose right on the bristles.

Where is it manufactured?

My guess is China. But I have had them for a couple of years and they have held up better than the more expensive ones I have purchased in the past.

how long are the bristles? I need something with 2.5"-3" bristles to clean behind a chrome grill.
