Compact high-power charger
I bought an old MacBook Pro 16 two months ago. The charger that came with the device was a large and heavy brick, so I started looking for a suitable replacement. I hope that this alternative can use gallium nitride technology to reduce the volume and weight effectively. I was lucky to find this charger, and it met all my needs. First, it is small enough, and its size is the same as Apple's 45W MagSafe charger; secondly, its power is high enough, and the power of 100W is even higher than my original 96W; finally, it is cleverly designed, and the foldable pins can be effective. Protect other items in the school bag. Note: Someone in the comments mentioned that the charging power is less than 100W. After my actual test, you only need to use Satechi's charging cable to achieve 100W output power.

True 100 watt power output
This Satechi pd output all 100 watt charging to usd-c input on Anker powerhouse 555. Anker 736 100w charger only output 94 watt and it run really hot. Baseus 100w charger only output 65 watt to Anker powerhouse. Satechi is a keeper!

Bought Dec. 18, 2022. Fell Apart on March 5, 2023
I purchased this item on Dec. 18, 2022. Now, on March 5, 2023, it just fell apart. Given the cost of this product, you would think they would use stronger glue. Very, very disappointing!

The perfect "everything charger” for all things Apple
This space gray colored wall charger is beautiful and matches the color of my MacBook Pro 13" perfectly. This is a single port, USB C Power Delivery wall charger that is capable of delivering the full 100 watts of power (the maximum amount that USB C can charge). This is enough to charge the 2019 MacBook Pro 16", and basically every other Apple device that has a rechargeable battery (from the little baby iPhone 12 mini, all the way up to the 12.9" iPad Pro and all of the MacBooks). I would have liked it if they would have included a second port with support for 2.22 Amp/9 Volts, so that the iPhones could be charged at full speed. These kind of chargers have profiles and they can switch between them for different devices, based on what the device in question requires. It will charge iPhones at 15 watts, because this charger doesn't have the ability to do 2 Amp charging. This is actually super common on the these 60 watt and up PD chargers, they support 15 watts and 27 watts, but nothing in between. The speed difference between 15 watts vs 20 watts is not that much, but it would still be ideal for it to be able to charge iPhones at the fastest possible speeds. I noticed a few more omissions in the list of supported profiles, here are the different ones that this charger can do: 15/27/36/45/100 watts. I was surprised that 60 watt charging is missing. It may be that some devices are capable of using a higher profile than what is required to charge it, and only pull some (but not all) of the available power, but I really don't think it works that way. Admittedly though, I am not an expert on USB C Power Delivery. This charger also supports Programmable Power Supply, which is what some Samsung devices require for their fastest charging. It's kind of a newer addition to Power Delivery 3.0 and it's the biggest reason why I said that the lack of a 60 watt (3 Amp/20 volts) profile might not be such a big deal. In the other direction, this should be fine for charging things like the AirPods or other accessories that don't require much power. The only other issue I have with this charger is that they don't include a USB C cable. It's not that unusual for one to not be included anymore, but a basic 1 meter USB C 2.0 cable would have been nice. I think this is a good charger to be your one and only charger for charging everything, at least when you're away from home overnight.

Powers MacBook Pro 16
Smaller alternative to Apple’s heavy power brick. After two months it seems to get the job done. I feel less heat from this unit at full power.

I bought this to power my Surface Pro 8 through a Satechi hybrid port adapter and it is working well. Now I only have to plug in one USB-C for all functions (power, monitor, USB ports for wireless keyboard and mouse, and external hard drive).

Died after a year and ½ it's not charging with any usb-c cord anymore. At this price I thought it would last way longer, sad.

Small and clean style charger. Build quality was ok but not great. For such a high price, I was expecting Apple power adapter level of build quality but this ain't it. Easy to travel with. It is about 30% smaller than the Apple 96W charger I'd say. However, it gets hot to touch when charging a 14" MacBook Pro and I don't feel comfortable using it for long period of time. The MacBook also cannot be charged with this charger if working on high demand tasks such as compiling large video files for extended time.
