We take these almost every night and they help a lot with sleep. I have found that the best way to take them is if I wake up in the middle of the night. Dummies are easier than capsules to swallow
These great tasting dummies are easy to take. They seem to stave off leg& foot cramps, as well as keeping my colon regular. I just wish they didn't contain as high as sugar content.

Texture didn’t work for me.
The flavor was good and I believe they worked as expected. My problem was texture of the sugar. Coating was so gritty that it made me cough. Even if I washed off with water. I still coughed and coughed after chewing and swallowing. I really wanted them to work for me. :(

These are so much easier to chew than to swallow a pill. My husband has a problem with pills and these gummies are easy to chew and taste good too
