This a nice little peice of gear
This a nice little peice of gear.... I bought it to go with my EDC Fatboy Viersipack... I bought the S type which does not have the water bottle holder... I wanted the s type cause the jumbo with the water bottle pocket looks really bulky and too tactical for every day carry... The Siamese clip works great... I didn't even have to buy any Molly clips I just buckled it to the webbing on one of the front fields of the bag... The rollie Polly rolls up and stores out of the way perfectly ... If I ever need to hike it on foot from work or somewhere a ways out from my house I can just unroll it and attach my Nalgene and go... This product is well made out of the same awesome maxpedition material... The uses are endless... Make shift small dump pouch for magazines or gathering tender around a camp site... Etc.... The price was good and it shipped and arrived next day.... Maxpedition is the best gear around ... Just about everything I've ever bought from maxpedition serves so many different functions... It's really bomb proof material...

Sturdy and practical
I got this recently, tested it out. It is durable material that feels like the Pygmy and Vulture packs, very solid. It rolls up compact, and you can run a belt through the back, use Tac-ties, or use the clip at the top to attach it to a pack. It holds a 1L Nalgene bottle easily as well. The price seems a bit steep but it feels built to last. Other water bottle holders I've tried and like are the Condor water bottle holder and the 5.11 Tactical water bottle holder. Maxpedition should take some hints from Condor and 5.11 regarding their attachment straps/ties. Those companies have sturdy, stiff cordura straps with a snap at the end. It is WAY EASIER to use than those stupid Tac-Ties are. Way easier. Actually the 5.11 strips pull out even easier if you want to remove a pouch or holder, so I give that company 5 stars for their excellent design. Another option similar to this rollypoly is the Condor dump pouch, but it is a bit bigger, likely similar to the Maxpedition "medium" size Rollypoly.

We rollin' on twenties, with the top back.
Excellent, handy little pouch that's there when I need it, out of the way when I don't. Rolling it out or rolling it up is simple and fast. The color matches (very closely) to my 5.11 Rush 12 in Coyote. I use this fairly often to carry a 1L Nalgene wide mouth bottle, which fits snugly - the bottle is easy to insert and remove. It also fits a 16oz Stanley insulated travel mug for coffee. One thing I don't like is that the MOLLE doesn't go all the way to the bottom, so when rolled out and carrying something with some weight (like 1L of water in a Nalgene bottle), it will swing around a bit as you move. If the straps went all the way to the bottom, I'd have it rolled out permanently and fixed snugly to the side of the pack. Not a huge deal, but it can be annoying.

Good multi-purpose pouch
First off, this pouch is Maxpediton quality, meaning you can run through a patch of thorn bushes and this item won't be damaged at all. Lots of attachment options are available, including a MOLLE-compatible clip, the built-in belt loop so you can run your belt through it, and the included Siamese SlikClip (the plastic piece at the top in the picture). It folds up when not in use to lower its profile. You can fit a 32oz Nalgene water bottle in it with no problems. If you're the type who likes to go out in the woods and collect things, this pouch is good for holding what you find. If you like to go to the range, you can wear this on your belt and throw loose brass in it or carry extra magazines. You can also use it to put trash in if you're in a place where you don't have easy access to a trash bin and don't want to litter.

Does it all, and then stows away compactly.
These are well constructed, versatile, and inexpensive. I like having one of these on almost any bag or pack that I can put them on. They are great as a water bottle holder (they fit a liter-sized Nalgene perfectly), they are great as a small trash bag (to stow Clif Bar wrappers as you eat on the trail), as a catch-all for sunglasses, a GPS, or anything else that is usually packed away but you need to stow it temporarily where you can get to it. It takes up minimal real estate on your belt or pack, and is more than worth bringing along. They can mount to a belt (nothing additional needed), PALS (with a MALICE, TacTie, or STRIKE Speed Clips), or a backpack shoulder strap or other vertical strap with the included clip.

Very sturdy.
I originally bought this for a different purpose but it immediately found a permanent location on my belt while at work. It's not bulky while deployed and it's perfect for carrying small parts, hand tools, radio, water bottle, etc and when I'm done I just unload it and roll it back up. It's so small I don't notice it when driving so I can leave it on all day. The belt loop clip works great or you can run your belt through it. Gotta order one more now to use for what I originally bought this one for

Dump pouch
Perfect don’t know how I went this long without one. Very compact but very useful and well made.

Nalgene Holder
I use it to hold a 1.5L Nalgene, that size Nalgene sticks about 2.5 inches out of the top of the dump pouch, but I’m not going inverted so I’m not concerned with it falling out. The bottle swings if I’m sprinting, but that’s to be expected. The first day I used it, I ordered myself a second dump pouch.
