Effectively a brick - software not available
Does not include the software - you are supposed to download it. But as of 11/2/2022, it is not available. Teslong support says they are working on it. Nothing as of 11/11/2022.Useless without the software. Should be zero stars

Buy another one
I literally bought this because it was more expensive than other options so I figured it would be better. It’s not. The camera is extremely sensitive to reflecting light even when you turn off most the lights. The image is not as clear as other cheaper options. I mean, I use it all the time so it does work I just feel like $500 would’ve made more sense but what do I know.
