I bought this for hydration purpose but whenever I spray it's irritates my skin and makes my skin skin dull...idk what wrong with this product

Refreshing Face Mist
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this face just for a while and I am liking it. It’s pretty refreshing. I use it as a toner too. This will suit all skin types. Packaging is really so cute and travel friendly.
