Gymnastics: Skills & Drills for the Level 1, 2 & 3 Coach & Gymnast

I'm not an elite coach, but I'm not happy with this expensive book of drills and skills.As mentioned in another review - it's a lot of the same old stuff.My first look at the book was right out of the shipping envelope - page 93 "drills for straight arm backward roll to handstand". Too bad the drawing shows bent arms and then straight arms. I am told that there is a deduction the moment the arms bend, and it's not likely that any of my students can "press" their way out of trouble. Straight arm is straight arm - the drawing is incorrect and I paid for this junk?So I have my red pen out to make comments on the pages that may have inaccurate information.Don't know yet if I'll run out of INK.

I was hoping for more of the younger kids side stations, different ways to teach the skill instead of just one general definition of them but I'm still able to use some of the information!

Great price and product. I like how it shows how to step pictures as well.

Nothing new, same old stuff. I was really looking for some fresh ideas, the book was too pricey for the same old content. Disappointing.
