Hampton Forge HMC01B010H Epicure Pistachio 17-Piece Block Set

Even though it’s cheap and far from luxury, this is my go to knife for cutting meat. My use case is very basic cooking, I’m not doing anything fancy and this is sharp and sturdy enough.

Easy to start with but once it got doll you need to sharpen. And roast is also happening when you dish wash it. It says you can.

I think this is a great knife, also was for my first apartment so can’t say i have much to compare it to, but it was affordable and has been sharp enough for all my needs.

This knife is sharp and fits my hand well. Unsure how long it will hold a blade or how it will sharpen, but for the price if I use it for a year it is worth the price!
