This Pull Out Storage Organizer exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent—very sturdy and well-made—and the sliding mechanism is smooth and quiet, even when fully loaded. Installation was straightforward, and it fit perfectly in my base cabinet. This organizer is a great solution for narrow spaces that usually go to waste. Everything is now easy to see, access, and keep organized. Overall, this is a high-quality, functional, and well-designed product. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve kitchen or bathroom organization with a professional-grade solution.

When we redid our kitchen I wanted to have a cabinet that held my cooking utensils. We had ordered a metal one but it was wobbly inside the cabinet. We opted to try this wood constructed one made by rev a shelf. It works perfectly. Has soft close and holds all my utensils and flour, sugar, curb starch on bottom shelf. We took out middle shelf as I wanted to store taller items on the bottom. I love having my utensils handy to grab but tucked out of the way. This is very well constructed and thought out piece. Worth the money!

This pull-out organizer is a fantastic addition to my kitchen cabinets. It’s sturdy, slides smoothly, and keeps everything neatly organized. The soft-close feature is a great touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to declutter their kitchen! Also super easy install!!

Poorly designed. For the 5" pull out storage organizer, the metal utensil bins cannot be taken out from the top, because the diameter of the bins are larger than both the metal railings and the wooden railings on top. I called customer service and they told me it can't be removed from the top (despite seeing videos of the larger models being able to,) and if I need to remove the bins to just remove the whole shelf to take it out, or tilt it in a way where you can wiggle it out from the side. In order to do that, I would have to lower the utensil shelf so that it basically is on top of the middle shelf, rendering the middle shelf useless/unable to store anything there. I asked if they gave me the wrong size bins, but they said those are the correct size. In the box, I they gave me 4 different sets of screws, and none of them were labeled according to what is in the instructions. 1 set was labeled 090, and the other 3 sets were all placed together in one ziploc baggie. The instructions only call for 3 types of screws to use, so I had an extra set of screws that were a different size/length which confused me as to its use. I called customer service to try and identify the screws, and they just said "sometimes we give you extra screws to play with." Instructions are worse written than IKEA instructions. As others said, the instructions come in three separate pamphlets with no guidance as to do which step first. For the instructions on how to install the locking mechanism, it verbatim only gives 1 line of instruction, "turn unit upside down and and attach triggers to front bottom of frame." It only shows a picture of 1 locking mechanism to attach, and it does not say at all which size screw to use, which pilot drill to use, or the depth of the pilot hole to drill, or in what position it should be placed. There are no pre-drilled holes for guidance. I had to look up videos to see that it should be placed in the most front/side position. I used a 1/16 pilot drill because that was the size of the hole in the trigger, and the wood panel still split when I screwed in the screws. The plus, and gets a star, is for the wood finish, it feels premium and sturdy compared to similar products in the marketplace. Rev-a-shelf seems like a reputable company with a variety of premium products, so I am surprised that it really feels like they neglected writing detailed instructions for this one and didn't even test usability of this model, just modified their pull out spice cabinet (which had more detailed instructions) and not much attention elsewhere.

Bought for new cabinet in kitchen. I like having a place off the counter for utensils. The metal holders don't come out for cleaning, so had to damp cloth. Overall, it works well.

It's a sturdy item. I have to say there isn't much wobbly putting it out or closing it. The soft close though had some issue. I don't know if it's user's error or my husband took a wrong step while installing it. I have to investigate that. For now it leaves a 2mm gap with the soft close and I have to give it a small final push to close it all the way. But overall I'm happy with it.

Inserted into new cabinet next to the stove. Easy pull-out for utensils when cooking. The space between top shelf and the bottom of cans is very small. We use it for saran wrap, parchment paper, etc., but would rather have it lower to create more room for grabbing it off shelf.

Great solution where the space is too narrow for either drawers or standard cabinet. Looks sharp, pulls out easily, closes very smoothly. The metal containers are a decent thickness and with three containers, the unit can organize - or hide- many utensils. The shelves are adjustable and I chose to remove the middle one completely to allow for easier viewing of the contents on the bottom shelf, Cannot comment on the ease of installation as the gentleman putting together the kitchen cabinets was a professional and made it look easy.
