Excellent flavor and spicy

Received with loose lid, pop up seal broken
A little upsetting to see that as soon as I open the package, that there was some product leakage on the bubble wrap. Upon further opening, it looks as though the lid seal was broken and the vacuum pop up indicator was in fact "popped". Even more upsetting their policy disallows us from returning it or requesting a replacement product. Most if not all other "Inca Food" products will have a tape over the lid to show that it hasn't been manipulated. Now I can't use it over concerns of contamination.

Too hot
FYI I like spicy food but I took a taste when I received this product and it’s so spicy that I won’t be able to eat it, just so everyone knows how spicy it is before purchasing.
