I love my grounding sheet helps to sleep better and helps pain. I still get cramps in my legs just not as much.

Love the clean feel of this grounding sheet! You never feel the silver at all. I was skeptical, but truly Wake up feeling refreshed and pain free! Almost feel like I’ve been getting deeper sleep.

Not a fitted sheet. I would have kept it if it made any difference in my life, but it didn’t. Not worth fighting to keep it in place.

I love it but not as effective as earthing mat.i like the sheet better because the mat has a plastic cover and it's placed under your sheet. Leaves you a little cold at night but it is more stronger than the sheet.

The measurements are dissipating to learn about as this is quite smaller than I realized though the initial dimensions were listed (75×54). It's far too smallll
