Best knifes I have ever had

love this set of knifes, makes chopping so much faster!

I did not buy my Global Knives from Amazon, however leaving a review here for those interested in buying them. For sure, these knives are very expensive. However, they are a joy to use for anyone interested in food prep. Unless you've used truly sharp knives to cut food and meat before, it is difficult to explain just how much easier these superb knives make EVERYTHING. They cut effortlessly through almost ANYTHING edible. They are so incredibly sharp it just makes preparation of food so much easier. They are weighted beautifully.I cannot recommend these knives highly enough. If you're sitting on the fence about spending so much money on some knives, I urge you to go for it and treat yourself to them. They will last a lifetime if properly looked after. They must not be put in the dish washer. Just a wash with soapy warm water and a quick dry with a T-towel is all that is needed and an occasional sharpen with the - also superb - Global Knife sharpener.
