This is really a great toilet seat. The wood grain is pretty and it has extra bumpers underneath to make it very sturdy. The ability to lift it off the toilet to clean is great and I love the slow close feature. The instructions were simple and it was very easy to install. Well worth the price.

I removed my old toilet seat before even opening this new one. I should have checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Now I'm running out to Home Depot hoping they'll have the pieces I need that didn't come in the packaging. One anti-slip gasket and one stopper are missing, and I'm not entirely sure I'll find replacements. I would rather not put my old seat on and wait for customer service to respond to an email just for them to take a few days to ship the pieces I need. So I'm a bit annoyed.I will say, the seat seems to be decent quality. Maybe the seat it's replacing wasn't the best quality, but this new one seems heavier and sturdier. I saw a few reviews saying it doesn't clear the lip of the seat, but I have a feeling the brackets weren't turned like the instructions say. It fits my round standard toilet perfectly. Now I just need the pieces to finish installing it...Edit: I had to email the company because no hardware store had the right size for the hardware I needed. The company responded really fast and it only took 48 hours for the replacements to arrive!Now that I've been able to use this seat, I must say it's not all that comfortable. But it's a toilet seat, not a lounge chair.

This toilet seat was easy to install, although the instructions were not very clear. Fits perfectly on the toilet and took 5-10 minutes to install. Would buy again.

Easy to install. Slow close. Can be adjusted to your toilet. I installed it using the center post, but the seat was short on the front. It took 2 mins to adjust after I used the rear hole and the seat was perfectly aligned.

After reading prior reviews, I decided most folks had not assembled the hardware properly. I still believe that to be true. The installation paperwork also addresses what I imagined the mistaken installation to be. That being said, even when properly installed, its really bad hardware. Like 1.5” side to side shift, and the hinges sit high meaning only the very end of the seat contacts the toilet. Very small through bolts with a washer on bottom to try unsuccesfully to make up the difference. The lid doesnt really fit the seat, and the center whole is smaller than standard. Its a very cheap product at upper mid level pricing. That said, as I only needed the seat, I did as another reviewer. and redrilled the seat to fit my hardware and lid which worked out. But it was $50 for a cheap seat only that required drilling to align to my hardware.
