Perfect for not watering down big punch bowls. we washed them then froze them in a ziplock bag. froze quickly, didn't thaw too quickly.

The are durable and seem to work well. They don't hold their frozen status extremely well, regular ice does better. But they don't water down drinks or melt all over the place, which is what I wanted. I put a bunch of them around some dairy based dips on a snack table and they kept them cold to cool for 2 hours.

We got these for a reusable ice pack that you fill with ice (my husband says "cartoon ice packs"). They work perfectly for us!

They definitely don't turn the bright colors like the picture shows. At best they turn a pale very light color.

The color, functionality, ease of use and the ice quality make this a great product. They are fun especially for children. I have not had an issue with the water leaking.
