Segments all different between 5 and 5.75 inches and arrived damaged in two places, which is very difficult for a piece of metal in very good packaging. Either the manufacturer/ seller has no quality control, no care, or is simply a con merchant

Justo lo que necesitaba para cortar un cheesecake; tiene buen filo y buen grosor para cortar, sin embargo el producto tiene que estar lo más suave posible para que el corte no requiera tanta fuerza porque sí pudiera llegar a doblarse la hoja. Lo recomiendo mucho!
